The DSC 4000 offers dependable performance and quality results. This single-furnace, heat flux DSC is designed to run all your routine applications and includes an easy-to-load vertical furnace that is resistant to oxygen and chemical corrosion.
The DSC 6000 gives you all the advantages of the DSC 4000 and more. Designed for research application, it comes with Modulated Temperature DSC (MT-DSC) technology for easier data interpretation and new capabilities for product development.
Covers for these sample pans are not included. Lids must be ordered separately as (B0143003). These aluminum pans have an operating range of -170 °C to 600 °C, a volume 40 μL, and 2 bar maximum pressure. Compatible with our crimpers and sealers (B0139005). Can be used with all Autosamplers.
Includes 1000 of each Stainless Steel Pan, Cover and O-Ring. For use on all PerkinElmer DSC instruments. When used on the DSC 8000/8500, Diamond DSC and Pyris 1 DSC autosamplers, requires Platinum Lids for the sample and reference furnaces (B0182981).
Includes 100 O-rings for large volume stainless steel pans. Sealed pans prevent any mass loss. Pans can withstand an internal pressure of 24 bar. High internal pressure capability allows water samples to be heated higher than 100 °C. Large sample capacity yields higher sensitivity. Each pan has an operating range of -40 °C to 300 °C, unless otherwise limited by sample vapor pressure.
